Future of America Teen Discussion group

Future of America’s teen discussion group is a group of 13-17 year olds who meet once a week to discuss issues ranging from selecting and applying to colleges to peer pressure and drug and alcohol abuse. The group meets throughout the duration of the academic school year and begins in Late November of the 2007 -2008 school year.

Text Box: Future of America Community Clean Up Committee The community clean up committee is a group of students who will partake in the revitalization of a community of their choice. Students will organize every aspect of the project from location, time, and date to working closely with the fundraising committee to obtain funds and build a budget for the project. Students will receive awards and recognitions for their participation in projects. Students may receive community service hours upon request with proper paper work. Students will get the opportunity to learn teamwork, leadership, and time management by working with a group to plan, implement and keep deadlines. Students will receive a sense of pride and accomplishment from witnessing the benefits of their accomplishments.

Future of America Athletic Department

The Future of America Athletic Department is a group of students interested in extracurricular activities that are related to sports and sporting activities. Within the group the students have the opportunity learn about, participate in, and construct sporting activities.

Activities ranging from sport skills training camps to athletic competitions and tournaments. Students take part in every aspect of these events and reap the rewarding benefits of gaining excellent teamwork and leadership skills.
